This is the Imanishi Arashiyama finishing stone at six thousand grit. The listing describes it as splash-and-go, quite fast, and a favourite of professionals who mainly use carbon knives, leaving a very good finish.
Rinse the stone and let it air dry fully after use, and store it only once it is dry through.
