This is an Asahido ceramic mug decorated with a turtle pattern.
Asahido has made ceramics in Kyoto for over a hundred and fifty years, in the Kyo and Kiyomizu ware tradition, and is known for delicate hand-painting. The listing names the turtle theme in the title but carries no description of the painting beyond that; it does note the mug is hand painted and that pieces vary slightly, at seven point eight centimetres across and nine and a half centimetres tall.
Hand washing is preferred to protect the painted design, which the listing says plainly.
