This is an Atoma diamond plate at twelve hundred grit, the finest plate in the range, used for lighter work and finishing on stones.
Manufactured by Tsuboman, the Atoma plate has the diamond abrasive electro-bonded to a thin steel sheet that tapes onto an aluminium base, so the abrasive sheet is replaceable on its own. The abrasive sits in an array of small dots with space between them for water to escape, which helps the plate from sticking to the stone. The listing gives the plate size as 210mm x 75mm.
Rinse the plate after use and let it dry so the steel does not rust.
