This is a detachable cast iron BBQ plate, a flat grilling plate sized to sit over a konro-style grill, at twenty-four centimetres long and fourteen and a half wide.
The listing is a bare one: it gives the size and says the plate works on gas stoves but not on induction. Nothing further is claimed about seasoning or coating.
The maker says hand wash only.
