This is a pair of GreenBell multi-purpose kitchen shears, heavy Japanese scissors that go further than snipping herbs.
GreenBell makes them in Japan from high-carbon Japanese stainless steel, with a serrated edge that grips hard surfaces like crab shells and fish bones. Built into the body are a bottle opener, a nut cracker and a lid opener, the three jobs nobody ever has another tool for. They come in red or pink.
The listing gives no care line, so hand wash is safest.
Most of our products are handmade in Japan, and sometimes the one that you receive maybe slightly different to the photo. This is very common and in no way it will affect the performance of the product.
