This is a Hatsukokoro Hikari SLD Damascus Gyuto 195mm, a short chef's gyuto for the home kitchen, on the black chacate handle the longer sizes skip.
The Hikari line is Hatsukokoro's own profile: a thin blade with slightly more thickness behind the edge, which the listing says trades a touch of entry resistance for strong food release and a tougher edge. The steel is SLD, a mould steel the listing describes as very wear resistant with enough chromium to shrug off rust in normal use, though a little reactive in humid conditions, and it gives the edge a hint of the bite you would expect from carbon steel. This Damascus version keeps that geometry under etched Damascus cladding, which the listing says Hatsukokoro's improved etching renders as a tasteful contrast.
