This is a Hatsukokoro Kurogane Gyuto 210mm, a Blue 2 carbon steel knife under kurouchi iron cladding, the all-purpose chef's shape for the home kitchen.
The Kurogane takes the well known Kokugei build and puts a Hitachi Blue 2 carbon core in it instead of Blue 1, soft iron cladding and a kurouchi finish over the top, with wild hammer marks visible under the black oxidation layer. The listing rates the steel at HRC61 to HRC63 and describes the bevel as a slight convex grind left with some thickness behind the edge: it will not fly through food, but once the cut starts the food release is positive, and the stronger edge can be pushed a bit harder. The listing positions it as a budget knife for rough use, and the handle is an octagonal black chacate.
The listing's spec table puts this one at a 215mm edge and 188g.
The carbon core will discolour and can rust, so rinse and dry the blade as you finish cooking, oil it before long storage, and keep it out of the dishwasher, which would damage the wood handle.
