This is a Hatsukokoro Shikkoku Blue 2 Kurouchi Damascus Santoku 165mm, a raw, rustic Tosa carbon knife in a pitch-black kurouchi, the three-purpose shape for vegetables, fish and meat.
Shikkoku means pitch black, and the listing says that is exactly the difference from the related Kurogane line: the same Tosa family of kurouchi carbon knives, but this one blacker in the finish and a touch thinner at the spine, over Damascus cladding this time. Hatsukokoro commissions these lines from different blacksmiths in Tosa, and the listing notes the shared house style: a tapered machi, rounded spine and choil corners, and a convex bevel that starts low on the blade, giving good penetration and food release. The listing rates the Blue 2 core at HRC61 to HRC63. The handle is an octagonal black chacate.

The carbon edge will discolour and can rust, so rinse and dry the blade as you finish cooking, oil it before long storage, and keep it out of the dishwasher, which would damage the wood handle.
