This is a Hatsukokoro x Nigara Yorokobi SLD Copper Damascus Bunka 180mm, with the pointed bunka tip for detail work around the board.
Yorokobi means joy, and the line's party trick is the cladding: a copper Damascus layer restricted to the band just above the cladding line, with iron cladding above it, which the listing says gives the blade a warmer, more considered look than letting the pattern run everywhere. The core is SLD, the wear-resistant mould steel the listing describes as semi-stainless with a carbon-like bite on the edge, rated at HRC62 to HRC64. The knife is forged and sharpened by Nigara for Hatsukokoro. The handle is an octagonal birch burl with a spacer.
The listing's spec table puts this one at a 168mm edge and 179g.
Wash with a neutral detergent after use and wipe it dry, keep it out of the dishwasher to protect the wood handle, and put the sharpening work on a waterstone.
Most of our products are handmade in Japan, and sometimes the one that you receive maybe slightly different to the photo. This is very common and in no way it will affect the performance of the product.
