This is an Ichiyama Chrysanthemum Cut plate, a small hand-painted plate inspired by a blooming chrysanthemum, sized for appetizers, sides and snacks.
Fine blue lines are painted with a brush over a slightly bluish-white porcelain, and a rust-coloured glaze runs along the petal-shaped rim. The plate is made in Toki, in the Mino district, and each piece is handmade with slight colour differences.
Hand wash it and keep it out of the microwave, per the listing.
