Induction and Stove compatible. It can be used not only for gas fires, but also for IH and charcoal fires. (We have confirmed the reaction at 100V200V, but depending on the model of IH equipment, it may not react, so please contact us.) When using at IH200V or higher, use low to medium heat.
- The handle can be folded down. During and immediately after use, not only the main unit but also the handle will become hot. Be sure to use potholders, etc.
