This is a Kagami sake set, a pitcher and two cups cut in green over clear crystal.
The colour is a plain green skin laid on to suggest young bamboo rather than cut into a named traditional pattern, and the cutting stays simple so the green does the talking.
Kagami is the Tokyo crystal house that forms its own blanks before anyone cuts them, and it is the maker most of our Edo Kiriko shelf starts with. Serve sake cold from it; the two cups are sized for sake rather than a full drink.
Wash it by hand in warm water with a soft sponge, never a scourer, and give it two rinses so no soap film dulls the cut. Keep it out of the dishwasher and away from sudden changes in temperature.
