This is the small size of the Mino-ware Indigo Drip series, a ceramic bowl with a sand-textured body and a soft flowing blue glaze.
The listing names the nagashi technique, which lets the glaze move freely over the surface so each piece dries into a one-of-a-kind pattern. Mino is the pottery district of eastern Gifu, and the name marks where a piece was made rather than how it looks.
The size suits small sides, desserts and daily snacks. The maker says it is dishwasher and microwave safe.
