This is a Mino-ware Kyo Sendan plate in ice white, a hand-finished ceramic plate for sushi, salads and sides.
The design is a delicate radial pattern under a clean white glaze, and the listing calls it lightweight and durable for everyday handling. Hand-finishing happens in Gifu, in the Mino district.
