This is a Mino ware mug under a White Jun style matte glaze, milky and softly pooling, at two hundred and sixty millilitres.
The listing describes the glaze as a modern take on the White Jun kiln aesthetic from the Song Dynasty, an opalescent surface with subtle tonal shifts, made in Gifu in the Mino tradition. The form has a sturdy base and a curved lip, sized for tea or coffee.
Microwave safe; hand washing is recommended.
