This is a Kumokage Honesuki 150mm, a small double-bevel boning knife for breaking down chicken and other proteins at home.
Kumokage means cloud shadow, and the listing spends its time on the finish: kurouchi with a beaten, lightly scratched look and a blue-teal tone lurking under the black, over Damascus cladding that rolls across the bevel and meets an etched Blue 2 core. The listing notes the etching gives the core steel a measure of rust resistance on top of the patina it will take anyway. The knife is made by Muneishi Cutlery, a Hyogo workshop with a long history the listing points to, and works for Hatsukokoro under this name; the listing rates the Blue 2 core at HRC61 to HRC63, with a soft iron Damascus clad san-mai build and an octagonal black chacate handle.
The listing's spec table puts this one at a 154mm edge and 132g.
The exposed carbon edge will discolour and can rust, so rinse and dry the blade as you finish cooking, oil it before long storage, and keep it out of the dishwasher, which would damage the wood handle.
