This is a Naniwa Gouken Arata waterstone at four hundred grit, the compact version of the Chosera that sharpeners sometimes call the Baby Chosera.
The Gouken Arata is Naniwa's slimmer take on the Chosera: the same surface size and the same cutting feel, cut down to a 15mm stone without the permanently mounted base or the big nagura, and sold with a removable box base instead. The listing describes it as nearly identical to the Chosera in use while being far more compact and easier to store.
Rinse and let the stone air dry fully after use, and store it only once it is dry through.
