This is a Naniwa Professional waterstone at four hundred grit, the coarse stone in the range, used for chip repairs, thinning and reprofiling. The listing is candid that it is not the first stone one should get, but an essential one down the road.
The Professional is the overseas version of the Chosera, with basically the same abrasive, in a slightly thinner 20mm stone without the base. It is a splash-and-go stone, with white aluminium oxide abrasive, and the listing caps any soak at fifteen minutes.
Do not leave the stone standing in water; let it air dry fully and store it only once it is dry through.
