This is a Nigara Anmon SG2 Raindrop Damascus Bunka 180mm, with the pointed bunka tip for detail work around the board, in a Western handle inlaid with mother of pearl.

The Western-handled Anmon run the same raindrop Damascus over an SG2 core at HRC62 to HRC64, on hand-shaped ergonomic handles the listing says come in special materials. The mother of pearl inlay catches the light the way the raindrop pattern does.

The listing's spec table puts this one at a 170mm edge and 201g.

Wipe the handle dry after washing rather than soaking it, and sharpen on a waterstone when the edge needs it.
