This is the Nousaku Lotus incense stand, tin petals shaped like a lotus flower around a rotating base.
The listing names Nousaku, a casting maker from Takaoka in Toyama Prefecture with a casting tradition that goes back more than four hundred years, and gives the petals as tin with a chrome-plated base; the tin can be bent by hand to reshape the petals, and the base turns to adjust the angle.
It comes in a Nousaku paper gift box.
