This is the Nousaku Najimi tumbler, a large three-hundred-and-ninety-millilitre cup cut from one hundred percent tin.

Nousaku casts its tinware at Takaoka in Toyama, in the centuries-old Takaoka copperware tradition. The listing describes the tin's old role in sake and tea service, and adds that soft tin gradually takes the shape of your hand, so your tumbler ends up moulded to you. It also notes the wide mouth suits spirits on the rocks, chilled by a quick sit in the fridge.

Not safe for the microwave or the dishwasher.

Most of our products are handmade in Japan, and sometimes the one that you receive maybe slightly different to the photo. This is very common and in no way it will affect the performance of the product.
