This is a box of Nippon Kodo Scentscape incense sticks in the Jasmine & White Sage scent.
The scent combines the rich sweetness of jasmine with the fresh, aromatic character of white sage.
Nippon Kodo is the incense house behind it, founded in Kyoto over four hundred years ago and now based in Tokyo. Nippon Kodo suggests it for winding down, reading, meditating or a long bath.
These are sticks, fourteen centimetres long, burning around twenty-five minutes each. The box holds thirty sticks and the holder is not included, so burn them in one you already have. There is nothing to wash here; let the ash cool in the holder before emptying it and give the room some air.
Most of our products are handmade in Japan, and sometimes the one that you receive maybe slightly different to the photo. This is very common and in no way it will affect the performance of the product.
