This is a pair of stainless yakiniku tongs, the long tongs for turning meat over a hibachi or konro grill.
At full length they rest on the table with the tips in the air, so the part that touches your food never touches the surface. The source calls them the best mate for a Japanese hibachi grill, and at this length they keep your hands well away from the coals.
