This is a Cakeland chiffon cake mould in the twenty centimetre size, a tube-sided tin made for baking a larger chiffon cake.
The listing gives it as steel with an aluminum coating, twenty-one by nineteen by nine point eight centimetres with a twenty-seven hundred millilitre capacity, made in Japan.
The care line is specific: wash it before first use, clean and dry it completely after each use, keep metal scrubbers and scouring powder off the surface, and keep it out of the dishwasher and away from direct flame or high heat.
