This is a celadon ceramic tea whisk stand from Ichiyama, made to keep a matcha whisk in shape between uses.
The listing describes it as the straightener for a whisk that has splayed with use, restoring and holding the tines' shape. It is celadon ceramic, three centimetres across at the top, five point two at the base and seven centimetres tall.
Hand wash is recommended, as the maker says.
