This is a Hasegawa Pro-PE Lite black cutting board, the dark version of the wood-core PE line.

Black gives food real contrast, which is why it has been gaining popularity, and apart from the colour the Pro-PE performs identically to Hasegawa's FSB PE series. Under the surface sits the same wooden core that keeps the board rigid, flat and lighter than a solid board, from the leading rubber and plastic board maker for professional Japanese kitchens.

The source calls it dishwasher safe. It ships to Australia only.
