This is a Hasegawa FSB wood-core PE cutting board, the harder plastic line from the makers of the professional rubber boards.
PE is slightly harder than Hasegawa's rubber and much easier to keep looking clean, which is why the source calls this the line to pick if you run a dishwasher, and this board is dishwasher safe. A wooden core inside the board keeps it rigid and flat and lighter than a solid board of the same size.
Hasegawa builds its boards for professional kitchens: antibacterial by material rather than by routine, and gentler to a Japanese edge than the hard plastic boards on the market.
