This is a Hirota Flower Bud glass cup in the Hana pattern, a three-hundred-and-fifty-millilitre tumbler for cold drinks.
Hirota Glass has worked in Tokyo for well over a century, blending European glass techniques with Japanese traditions such as blown glass and Edo Kiriko cutting. This cup was designed by Shigeichiro Takeuchi, a Tokyo designer whose work has shown at Milano Salone and imm cologne. Hana is the pattern name in the listing title; beyond the series name the source doesn't describe the cut.
The listing says it is for cold drinks only and not for the microwave or dishwasher; wash with neutral detergent and keep abrasive scrubbies off it. It comes in a Hirota wooden box.
