This is a Naniwa Junpaku 'Snow White' finishing stone at eight thousand grit, a magnesia bond stone the listing describes as cutting almost as fast as the mighty Chosera ten thousand at a fraction of the price. This model has no stand.
Rinse the stone and let it air dry fully after use, and store it only once it is dry through.
