This is a pair of Nousaku tin chopstick rests shaped as raicho, the thunderbird, one in silver tin and one in golden.
Raicho, thunderbird, is the name the listing gives the form. Nousaku is a foundry in Takaoka, Toyama, carrying on Takaoka copperware, a cast-metal craft with roots over four hundred years back.
Each rest is about 5 cm long. The pair comes in a Nousaku paper gift box, and the listing says to hand wash only.
