This is a sugar and powder shaker dredger by Tiger Crown, a fine-mesh shaker for dusting sugar or flour evenly over a cake.
The listing gives the body and lid as methacrylic resin with a stainless steel mesh, made in Japan, about seven and three quarter centimetres across, with a capacity of two hundred and fifty millilitres; the body doubles as a measuring cup, and the lid seals to keep the contents dry.
The maker rates it for use from minus thirty degrees Celsius up to eighty degrees Celsius, keeps it away from fire, and recommends hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent rather than a scrubbing brush or abrasive cleaner.
