This is the Tajima Wine Blur glass, a rotating wine glass that rocks on a thick convex base instead of standing on a stem.
The idea in the listing: the balanced round base lets the glass tilt and swirl without tipping, which airs the wine and mixes an iced drink in the same motion. The listing notes the recognition it picked up along the way, including a Tokyo Governor's Award at the Tokyo Challenge Awards.
It comes with its stand in a Tajima wooden box. Not safe for the microwave or the dishwasher.
