This is a Yoshikawa stainless vegetable peeler, a light Japanese peeler built to take skin off without taking the vegetable with it.
The blade is stainless steel honed for a clean, low-effort peel with minimal waste, and the rust-resistant stainless body shrugs off corrosion and stays bright. It is small, light and balanced, the sort of peeler that disappears into daily use.
The source recommends a hand wash for long-term durability.
