This is a Kagami sake cup pair, cut with an origami-crane pattern in blue and red.
We don't have a description of this particular crane cut beyond its name, so we won't invent detail we can't confirm. What's certain is that the cups are cut and finished as a matched pair, one blue and one red, in the same family as Kagami's other paper-crane design.
Kagami is the Tokyo crystal house that forms its own blanks before anyone cuts them, and it is the maker most of our Edo Kiriko shelf starts with. They're sized for sake, and the two colours make it easy to tell whose cup is whose.
Wash it by hand in warm water with a soft sponge, never a scourer, and give it two rinses so no soap film dulls the cut. Keep it out of the dishwasher and away from sudden changes in temperature.
