This is a Kagami sake cup cut with the fish-scales-strip pattern in yellow.
The cut lays overlapping scale shapes in a flowing, wave-like run rather than a fixed grid, meant to read as fish moving through water rather than a static pattern.
Kagami is the Tokyo crystal house that forms its own blanks before anyone cuts them, and it is the maker most of our Edo Kiriko shelf starts with. It's sized for sake, chilled or at room temperature.
Wash it by hand in warm water with a soft sponge, never a scourer, and give it two rinses so no soap film dulls the cut. Keep it out of the dishwasher and away from sudden changes in temperature.
