This is a Tsunehisa Ginsan Migaki Santoku 165mm, the polished-finish end of Tsunehisa's Ginsan range, the three-purpose shape for vegetables, fish and meat.
Where the rest of Tsunehisa's entry level lineup leans thin and into the food, the listing says the Migaki keeps the spine a touch thicker so the blade can carry a more pronounced convex grind: less about cutting resistance, more about food peeling away from the surface as the cut follows through. The steel is Ginsan (Silver #3) stainless at HRC60 to HRC62, which the listing calls one of the easiest steels of its kind to sharpen and well suited to frequent touch-ups at home. The handle is an octagonal teak.

Wash with a neutral detergent after use and wipe it dry rather than putting it in the dishwasher, which would damage the wood handle, and sharpen it on a waterstone when it needs it.
