This is an Arita-ware bowl with a Yoraku pattern, a small twelve-and-a-half centimetre porcelain bowl the listing puts forward for side dishes and dipping sauce.

The listing's About section places Arita ware in Arita, Saga Prefecture, dating the tradition at over four hundred years and noting the old Imari export name. Each piece is hand-painted, so slight pattern variations make every bowl one of a kind.

The maker says it is dishwasher safe and microwave safe.

Most of our products are handmade in Japan, and sometimes the one that you receive maybe slightly different to the photo. This is very common and in no way it will affect the performance of the product.
