This is a Cakeland non-stick micro-textured rolling pin, the large size, for rolling out dough or fondant.
The listing describes the textured surface as non-stick, releasing air bubbles from the dough as it rolls for a smoother finish. It gives the roller as ABS resin, made in Japan, about thirty-seven and a half centimetres long and three and a half wide.
The maker rates it for use from minus thirty degrees Celsius up to eighty degrees Celsius, keeps it away from fire, and says not to use a scrubbing brush or put it in the dishwasher.
