This is a small Cakeland silicone jam spreader, a flexible tool for spreading jam, icing or batter evenly.
The listing gives it as silicone with a stainless steel handle, made in Japan, about three centimetres across the head and twenty-five and three quarter centimetres long overall.
The maker says it is dishwasher safe and rated for use from minus twenty degrees Celsius up to two hundred degrees Celsius.
