This is a Cakeland non-stick springform cake tin, the side-buckle kind that releases a cake without mess, in a fifteen or eighteen centimetre size.
The listing describes the springform buckle easing the sides away from the bake, and a non-stick fluorine coating on stainless steel that takes the place of paper liners. Cakeland is the baking brand of TigerCrown, made in Japan and used by households and professionals.
The eighteen centimetre tin measures seventeen point nine by seven point two five centimetres with a seventeen hundred millilitre capacity, and the fifteen measures sixteen point two by seven point five with thirteen hundred. Hand wash only, as the maker says.
