This is an Arita-ware chrysanthemum plate, a fifteen centimetre porcelain plate shaped after the flower, offered in blue and red painting.
The listing puts the size to work for sushi, side dishes or cake. The ware is placed in Arita, Saga Prefecture, in an About section dating the tradition at over four hundred years and noting the old Imari export name. Each piece is hand-painted, so the pattern varies slightly.
