This is the Hirota Yanagi Sori wine glass, a soda glass tumbler in two sizes, good for wine, beer, sake, cocktails or yoghurt depending on the size chosen.
The listing credits the design to Sori Yanagi, the Japanese industrial designer known for plain, undecorated forms, and describes each glass as hand-blown, so small air bubbles can occur naturally. The small size holds one hundred and seventy millilitres, about seven centimetres across and eleven and a half tall; the large holds three hundred and forty millilitres, about seven point two centimetres across and fourteen point three tall.
The maker says this glass is not heat-resistant and not safe for the microwave or dishwasher; hand wash it with a mild detergent and avoid abrasive sponges or metal scrubbers.
