This is a Cakeland madeleine mould in a lemon shape, a multi-cavity tin made for baking madeleines.
The listing gives it as steel with a baked silicone resin coating, the whole tin nineteen by twenty-seven point three centimetres and each lemon cavity eight point three by five point five and two point four deep with a fifty millilitre capacity, three hundred millilitres in all. Its working range is minus ten to two hundred and fifty degrees Celsius.
The care line is specific: wash it before first use, clean and dry it completely after each use, keep metal scrubbers and scouring powder off the surface, and keep it out of the dishwasher and away from direct flame or high heat.
