This is a Cakeland madeleine mould that bakes a whole Christmas tree in one go, a star-shaped tree plate for madeleine batter.
The listing includes the maker's own recipe: egg, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, flour, milk and melted butter, mixed and baked at one hundred and eighty degrees for nine minutes, though plain batter works too. It says the tree is cute stacked or standing alone, which is the whole point of the shape. Cakeland, by TigerCrown, is described as a Japanese baking-utensil brand with everything manufactured in Japan, and the mould is eighteen-eight stainless steel, chrome plated as the title says.
Care comes from the listing: wash thoroughly with detergent before first use, clean and dry after each use, no metal scrubbers, no dishwasher or dish dryer, and keep it away from direct flame or high heat.
